All sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notification. All offers are subject to availability. All of our photographs are used for illustration purposes only, but with the exception of props, they are photographs of the actual product.

Sale of Goods and Internet Orders

Please ensure you have read the following before placing an order as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.

Please ensure that you have read the product description and product measurements before adding any item to your order. We do not accept the return of any item due it being the wrong size, shape or colour, the information has been provided.

We do not sell goods on a sale or return basis. See above.

We do accept the return of any item with a genuine manufacturing fault up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will apply.

We do not pay/credit the cost of return postage for faulty items.

Faulty items should be returned to the address on our contacts page.

Image Usage and Copyright

All images whether photographic or other and all intellectual content are owned exclusively by Bag65/Bag65.co.uk and protected under copyright. Requests for usage of all images should be made in the first instance to peter@bag65.co.uk. Only registered customers need apply and only once an order has been received will the account holder be given access to download the images. Images are only available for products purchased from Bag65/Bag65.co.uk, images are not available for the same product purchased elsewhere. Improper usage by registered customers will result in account suspension. Improper usage and or copying of Bag65/Bag65.co.uk images by any third parties with out the express permission of Bag65/Bag65.co.uk will result in legal action.

Please be aware that your personal details will not be distributed to any third party. Any and all details provided by your good selves, will be used for the sole intention of replying to your enquiries and any information that Bag65 wishes to share with our registered customers.
